Participation Fee

Benefits Include:

  • Eat Up Rochester WNO website advertising (individual page; links to your website, specials, social media)
  • Promotion via social media (@EatUpRoc, @DowntownRochesterNY, @RochesterAList, @YelpROC)
  • Event promotion via email - RDDC (4,700), Rochester A-List (8,500), Yelp (50,000)
  • Eat Up Rochester WNO posters for restaurant use
  • Eat Up Rochester WNO coasters for restaurant use
  • Local press - City Newspaper (80,000 weekly readers)
  • 20% discount at City Blue for all printing needs

Restaurants are responsible for:

  • Purchasing a case of the sponsors liquor & creating a monthly specialty cocktail using it
  • Choosing weekly drink and appetizer offerings (must create menu or notify Sydney for the website)
  • Determining dinner offerings (15% off or fixed price menu - both optional)
    • ** If creating fixed price menu - must place official event logo and email to sydney@rddc.org to be featured on the website**
  • Printing all materials (happy hour menu, table tents, fixed price menu, etc.)
  • Coordinating with local talent to provide entertainment each week - optional, but encouraged (Eastman School of Music, The Hochstein School,, Fringe Festival acts, Street artists, etc.)
  • Providing logo and cocktail photo for Eat Up Rochester WNO Website

Beer $4. Wine $5. Cocktails $6 & Half-Priced Appetizers.
May offer 15% off dinner or fixed price menus once the happy hour ends.
