Bar Bantam is a new restaurant concept in The Metropolitan, formerly Chase Tower, in downtown Rochester. Located in the lobby of The Metropolitan, Bar Bantam is a 2,100 square-foot, full-service restaurant, offering coffee, breakfast, lunch, and cocktail service. (Dinner coming soon!) Menus are inspired by California cuisine, with seasonal ingredients.
